Some riders sit to the canter with their seat glued to the saddle, others bounce!
You are going to find out why that happens and how to correct it?
We will look at improving your position, seat/pelvis and balance during canter.
Provide you with better understanding as to what you body does in canter and how to correct it using a variety of exercises
