Lessons will be 45 minutes and are rider-focused. They will focus on the stability of your position, your effectiveness in the saddle and how responsive your horse is to your aids.
Whether it is the most basic of moves to the more challenging exercises, your lesson will be tailored to individual horse and rider.
You will develop feel and body awareness through the use of a variety of techniques, including Franklin Balls, resistance bands and rider biomechanics! You will come away with reproducible tools to help you after your lesson. Lessons will be videoed and/or photographs taken, to help with your learning!
Cost £45 for 45 minutes lesson includes arena hire.
